Growth Marketeer - Futureproofed
Your mission will be to develop and scale the Futureproofed marketing apparatus, strengthening the brandโs presence as an essential actor in the transition towards a fossil-free future.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, value proposition and the buyerโs journey;
- Support Business Development in outbound campaigns & playbook and contribute to the content development for target consumers;
- Build out and improve marketing automation processes, and integrate seamlessly with our CRM;
- Grow owned and paid distribution channels, including email, PPC, social media, and website/blog;
- Track and analyze the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns and optimize them on the basis of data-driven insights;
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length (end to end funnel analysis);
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation campaigns are aligned;
- Present to the leadership team to get buy-in, secure necessary budgets, and report on results;

Sales Development Representative - carboncap
As an SDR you will have a huge impact on our growth, by helping with lead generation & qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Research into targeted segments to gather insights and identify key contacts within relevant companies.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure a constant flow of qualified leads. Help with the setup of (semi) automated outbound campaigns.
- Reach out via email, Linked In and/or phone and build up connections.
- Educate your target audience on the benefits of reducing their carbon footprint. Articulate the advantages of CarbonCap to prospective customers.
- Qualify prospects (inbound & outbound) and set up meetings for your colleagues.
- Track your progress in our CRM.
- Achieve or exceed your individual targets on a monthly basis.
- Share best practices with your colleagues and be open to learning from others.
